Dr. Tibor Navracsics, European Commissioner for Education, Culture, Youth and Sport met representatives of the Hungarian Pact4Youth initiative on 12th of October, 2018. On 15th of June, the members of the Hungarian Pact4Youth working group met with Mr. Tibor Navracsics, European Commissioner for Education, Culture, Youth and Sport. The Hungarian Pact4Youth initiative – in line with the European initiative – aims to foster and facilitate the integration of young people, especially the NEET youth (who are Neither in Employment nor in Education or Training) into the education system and into the labour market while improving their labour conditions. The Pact4Youth working group held its fifth meeting

On 7th of March, the fifth meeting of the Hungarian Pact4Youth working group was held at the Ministry of Human Capacities. The working group defined its goals for 2018 and gathered all the best practices that the participating organizations have regarding. Since 2016 the European Pact for Youth initiative has worked to improve opportunities for young people across Europe. The European Vocational Skills Week in Brussels on November 23, 2017 as part of the Pact4Youth initiative. The aim of the European Vocational Skills Week was to improve the attractiveness and image of vocational education and training (VET), to showcase its excellence and quality, and to raise awareness of the wide range of opportunities it presents. The Summit was opened by European Parliament President Antonio Tajani and Pact for Youth co-chairs: European Commissioner Marianne Thyssen and CSR Europe President Etienne Davignon.
